Goldman Properties' vision for Wynwood is to add life to lifeless buildings, add color and presence to bland facades, activate abandoned streets with pedestrian activity, and through the arts and unique users, create a community where individuals of all backgrounds and demographics could participate and work, live, and play within its boundaries. In realizing this vision, Goldman Properties has created and established street life through its restaurants, Joey's and Wynwood Kitchen and Bar, and through its tenancies, such as the newfound landmarks Panther Coffee, Zak the Baker, Orange Pedal and the Light Box at Goldman Warehouse. From a cultural perspective, Goldman Properties has initiated countless art projects in furthering the taste level of the neighborhood. At the epicenter of these projects is the Wynwood Walls which immediately became the "town center" for the district. Today, when you are in Wynwood, you know you are in Wynwood. It is like nowhere else. It has a "sense of place."
