1XRUN is thrilled to present the debut online art exhibition by emerging Detroit artist Giovanni Gulley!
In the summer of 2020, Gulley stopped by the 1XRUN studio unannounced, bringing with him a folder of drawings to show to anyone who would listen. We were impressed by his forwardness, and having established a working relationship with the artist since then, we're excited to present his very first online exhibition of mixed-media artwork.
"The Art Exhibit" is a direct challenge to the conventional fine art format, presenting rustic paintings on canvas, wood panels, hats, coats, and sweaters.
