Your Certificate of Authenticy may be tucked inside your print, on the back of its frame, or between two pieces of packaging. If your item is an original work of art or a unique multiple, you may have received a Letter of Provenance instead.

Each RUN is extremely limited; an item goes off sale once time runs out or once it sells out, whichever happens first. Archived items may remain available after its RUN has ended, but not always. Click the Inquire button on a RUN’s page to let us know you’re interested and we’ll follow up with you about its availability.
If you have been added to an item’s waitlist, that means someone else is holding that item in their shopping cart and has not yet taken it through checkout. Don’t worry; they only have 10 minutes to complete their order before it is passed onto the next person in line. If you want it, stay on the website to hold your spot! Do not refresh the webpage, or open 1xRUN.com in another tab or browser. Once the waitlisted item is placed in your cart, you will have 10 minutes to complete your purchase.
Availability, demand, and the duration of the RUN are all factors that can affect an item's value over time. The price that you see today may increase in time, so don’t wait!

Over the past four years, 1xRUN and Eastern Market Corporation have produced more than 125 murals in the Eastern Market District.

Industry professionals at 1xRUN work closely with the original artists to authenticate all artwork sold on www.1xRUN.com. Every item on 1xRUN is signed by the artist and accompanied by an official letter of provenance or certificate of authenticity. 1xRUN cannot authenticate or appraise items acquired by another source.
1xRUN accepts large-scale print orders on a case-by-case basis. Submit the details of your inquiry, including high-resolution picture files, desired edition size, and dimensions to support@1xrun.com.
All items are carefully packed, protected, and shipped by our professional in-house shipping team. Domestic orders are shipped via USPS and FedEx. International orders are shipped via FedEx International, FedEx FIMS, and USPS.

Collectors must submit changes to their shipping addresses before their items are shipped. 1xRUN is not able to reroute packages once they have been picked up by the mail carrier. If you would like to make a change to an existing order that is still pending shipment, submit a request here.
Orders containing multiple items will ship to collectors as soon as all of the items in the order become available to be packaged together. Contact support@1xrun.com to submit special shipping requests.

1xRUN declares accurate valuations on all orders in compliance with state, federal, and international law.
Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the receiving country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; 1xRUN has no control over these charges, nor can 1xRUN predict what they may be.
Customs policies vary widely; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
Shipping costs are calculated based upon the physical size, weight, value, and destination of each shipment against the most competitive rates from USPS and FedEx. A handling fee is applied to each additional item contained within an order.
Before artwork goes to print, the printer and the artist work together to decide how many prints in the edition will be numbered, and how many will be reserved for the artist and the printer. Artist proofs (APs), printer proofs (PPs), and galley proofs (GPs) are a part of this first edition, signed by the artist, and are equally valuable as the numbered prints (sometimes more!). There are no multiple RUNs or editions. Your PP, AP, or GP is a part of this limited, first edition. Refer to your Certificate of Authenticity for more information.
Collectors may return prints (archival pigment prints, giclées, screen prints, etc.) within seven (7) days of delivery to receive a full-value refund or replacement item less shipping. Items returned within 30 days of delivery will receive an equivalent value in 1xRUN account credit less shipping. Beyond 30 days of delivery, collectors will receive partial-value in 1xRUN account credit less shipping. After 60 days, no account credit or replacement item will be provided. Returns must include the original Certificate of Authenticity or Letter of Provenance to qualify for a refund or replacement.
Collectors may cancel their orders for a full refund (or equivalent value in account credit) at any time before their order is shipped from 1xRUN headquarters. Shipping & handling is non-refundable thereafter.
All sales are final on original works of art and unique multiples. The buyer assumes risk of items damaged or lost in transit upon completion of purchase.
