Due to the limited nature of fine art, all sales are final.
Lost or Damaged items: Collectors may return prints (archival pigment prints, giclées, screen prints, etc.) that arrive damaged in transit or otherwise within seven (7) days of delivery to receive a full-value refund or replacement. Damaged items returned within thirty (30) days of delivery will receive an equivalent value in 1xRUN account credit or replacement item less the cost of shipping. Beyond 30 days of delivery, no account credit or replacement item will be provided. Collectors must include the corresponding Certificate of Authenticity or Letter of Provenance with their return to receive a refund or replacement item.
Order Cancellations: Collectors may cancel their orders for a full refund (or equivalent value in account credit) at any time before their order is shipped from 1xRUN headquarters.
All sales are final on original works of art and unique multiples. On these unique works of art, buyer assumes risk of items damaged or lost in transit upon completion of purchase.
Undelivered Orders: 1xRUN is not responsible for bounced packages or misdeliveries. An undelivered order may be reshipped at the buyer’s expense.
International Orders: The buyer is responsible for all import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the receiving country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient. Customs policies vary widely; 1xRUN has no control over international customs charges, nor can 1xRUN predict what they may be. Contact your local customs office for more information.
