About this Art

This RUN is available on an unstretched canvas or wrapped on a 1-Inch Cradled Wood Frame (shown) with ready to hang hardware.

"Professor Fenster is an orator of ancient culture and ichthyology. Hailing from a small, forgotten coastal village in Northern New England, he spent his youth traveling to ports and Maritime Provinces throughout the Atlantic and beyond. Over the years he has gained vast knowledge of elixirs, tonics, and curious libations.

Because he’s a scholar in ancient cultures, he carries a vast amount of Pagan and Pre-Pagan knowledge on the rituals of, what is more recently known as All Hallows Eve and acts as a spiritual advisor. He also sits on the Council of Templum Balatro and serves as a counselor in phonic pursuits...He’s also a freak.

I’ve been wanting to have reproductions of these for a long time, but was never really happy with how they translated and how they were presented, but I love the way these turned out. They have a hand-made, two inch deep frame that the canvas is wrapped around and appear a bit like they are floating. No need for frames!" - John Dunivant

This RUN comes signed, numbered and with a Certificate of Authenticity from John Dunivant and 1xRUN.

John Dunivant
Detroit, Michigan
John Dunivant is a painter and multimedia artist working in and around Detroit, Michigan. His most significant work, Theatre Bizarre, is an incomparably enveloping, art installation-interactive masquerade that began in the year 2000 as a completely illegal event in a neglected neighborhood of Detroit. It has since grown to become the largest immersive event of its kind in the world. He received a Kresge Fellowship in 2012 and was a recipient of a 2013 Detroit Arts Challenge grant through the Knight Foundation.
