ABOUT Apolo Cacho:
Apolo Cacho lives and works in Mexico City. He was part of DocJoc Releases, the director of " The Taco Psychotropic " comic book series based on the novel " The Magic Mountain " by Thomas Mann and " The Rite of Spring " by Alejo Carpentier . He is a painter and draftsman , much of his work focuses on the theme : " The only thing that progresses over time is technology. Both humans as art does , it is always the same" .

His work is an illustrated epic of ancient times or future affirmations. From now useless, the history of a civilization , a vast container succession of wonders , great achievements and prowess , while the lowest -maker and humiliation actions against the man himself.

The paradoxical relationship between art and the human being via renewal of creative processes and simultaneously, the method by which the artist basks in its own shit in exchange for a little recognition , consideration and fame. The art is thus a product of civilization itself: uplifting and embarrassing.
