Shark Toof Brings Shark & Three Girls To Hawaii

"I was born and raised in Los Angeles, California. I started painting graffiti in 1985 eventually graduating from Art Center College of Design. The content of my work is pronounced by my travels and continuing exploration of animal spirits, nature, and the struggle of predator vs prey in male and female roles." - Shark Toof

ABOUT THIS ART

This RUN includes a 1 inch black wood frame with UV glass, foam core backing and ready to hang hardware.

"The piece was created in the Spring of 2012 for Pangea Seed, a non profit organization that raises shark awareness and their importance to the ecosystem and world at large. I wanted to intermingle my current fine art work in the context of representation versus literal. So the piece itself depicts a woman wrestling with three sharks, but the sharks themselves are representational of her subconscious battles and inner struggles. From start to finish this piece took about 2 weeks to execute." - Shark Toof
